A tribute to Frank Sinatra & Louis Armstrong
About the concert
Both were singers - each quite different from the other. They were both innovators - Louis "invented" the swing style, Frank Sinatra - the popular style that grew out of jazz towards the world of cinema, the world of musicals and the world of pop. Each of them spread the word in their own way. One with his rough and special voice and the other with his sweet and personal voice.
‘Moonlight In Vermont’, ‘New York New York’ and Sinatra's ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ will star alongside Armstrong's ‘What a Wonderful World’, ‘Mac the Knife’, and ‘Hello Dolly’.
